How long will it take my order to ship?
We know you need your Shift Essentials gear ready for your next shift! Orders are typically processed and packaged within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we work quickly to get your essentials out the door, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of order placement. Please email us immediately at [Your Support Email] with your order number in the subject line, and we will do our best to catch it!

How do I wash and care for my satin-lined scrub caps and headbands?
To keep your premium satin lining perfectly smooth, friction-free, and protective, we recommend the following care routine:
Wash: Machine wash cold on a gentle/delicate cycle inside-out, or hand wash.
Detergent: Use a mild, gentle detergent.
Dry: Air dry flat. Avoid the heated dryer, as high heat can damage the custom elastic and compromise the satin lining over time.
Are Shift Essentials products designed for all hair types?
Absolutely. Our products are engineered to protect and accommodate all hair types, lengths, and textures—from short or fine hair to protective styles, braids, locs, and thick, high-volume hair. The satin lining reduces friction, locks in moisture, and prevents frizz, breakage, and "hat hair" throughout long days on your feet.
How do the caps and bands fit? Will they give me a headache?
No one has time for a pressure headache during a long shift. Our headbands and scrub caps feature specialized, high-stretch elastic and adjustable designs to provide a secure, all-day fit without squeezing. They are engineered to stay put, even when you are constantly on the move.
How does the lip gloss holder work?
Our specialized lip gloss holder is designed to keep your favorite lip care secure, clean, and immediately accessible while you work. We want you to love your Shift Essentials! We accept returns or exchanges on unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
